The primary role will be to work on pre-sales activities and development/delivery of Reports, Customization, page personalization, Integration required during implementation of Oracle ERP cloud applications for various customers.

Skills include:

• Capable and experienced in developing BI Publisher, OTBI reports as per business requirement.
• Should be part of requirement gathering, Bids / estimates for implementation projects
• Should have experience in Documentation and manage technical specifications
• Manage on-time changes delivery and business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction 
• Able to provide hands on analysis, design, testing, implementation and post implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM)
• Able to execute POCs as per business requirement before taking it to development team.
• Able to complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices.
• Experience in developing integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File Uploads.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud including extracts for Oracle EPR/HCM Cloud data using BI-Publisher reports, analysis, OTBI Reports and BICC.
• Experience in developing integrations in OIC to/from Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud

• Oracle Cloud Experience with 8 plus years of experiece. Must have worked on all sorts of implementations, upgradation, presales and Managed Service work.
• Technical requirements: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC
• OIC and VBCS.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud, Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Demonstrable Technical Lead experience, including estimating and planning
• Responsible for creating technical designs, build and unit testing Reports.
• Proven track record of leading Reporting track for implementation project.
• Minimum of 3 ERP/HCM Implementations for Oracle Cloud
• Customization standard BIP reports, output documents as per customer needs.
• Hands on experience in Data Modelling OTBI / OAC.
• Expertise in BIP Bursting to UCM/ Emails/ FTP locations
• Hands-On development of packages and functions using PLSQL.
• Hands-On Experience on of BI Publisher with various templates like RTF, Excels and Bursting.
• Hands-On Experience on of customization of standard out of the box reports in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Should have experience in IDCS and Data security Using OAC and OBIEE
• Should have experience in RPD merging catalogue and RPD migration using OAC
• Should have experience in complex Report & Dashboard development using OAC
• Knowledge on Visualization using OAC
• Should be well versed with Data warehousing Dimension and fact tables and BI reporting concepts
• Hands on experience in implementing OBIEE
• Good understanding of Oracle BI tools and technologies
• Good Knowledge on building custom ESS jobs
• Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions
• Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations
• Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workload may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience estimating project deliverables, effort, risk and cost.
• Knowledge around development & unit testing of integration components & web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC
• Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations
• Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workload may be required.
