About the Role

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable and user-centric mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

· Lead and contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring the application structure follows best practices and remains maintainable.

· Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth and responsive user experiences across multiple devices and platforms.

· Manage the end-to-end app publishing and release lifecycle for the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

· Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless and high-quality features.

· Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and training.

· Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the React Native ecosystem and recommend improvements where applicable.

Required Skills

· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing mobile applications using React Native.

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and the React ecosystem.

· Solid experience with state management libraries such as Redux / Redux Toolkit, Zustand, etc.

· Hands-on experience with react-navigation, Push Notifications, Deep Linking, App Permissions, and Offline Storage.

· Strong understanding of native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle) with the ability to integrate native modules.

· Experience working with REST APIs Third party libraries, and WebSockets.

· Good understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and responsive design patterns.

· Strong knowledge of mobile application lifecycle, deployment, and release processes.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Understanding of mobile security best practices.
