Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and MySQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE concepts, including multi-threading, design patterns, and JVM internals.
  • Solid experience in RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Proficient in working with MySQL(or other relational databases) and writing efficient SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of modern version control tools, particularly Git.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience in working within an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and provide leadership within the development team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture and Docker
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
  • Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications in production environments.
