SAP CS Consultant (6–10 Years) – Pan India

Locations: PAN India (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementations and support for SAP CS, SD-CS, and PM-CS modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
• Integration Expertise: Configure and integrate SAP CS with other modules such as SD, MM, PM, FI/CO, and external systems via interfaces like iDoc and SAP PI/PO.
• Service Management: Manage service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, and repairs, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Customization & Optimization: Customize SAP CS functionalities to meet client-specific requirements and optimize business processes.
• Testing & Support: Develop and execute test plans, provide end-user training, and offer ongoing support to ensure system stability and user adoption.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and generate reports to track service performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6–10 years in SAP CS, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and at least 2–3 end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of service order management, warranty claims, resource-related billing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Industry Experience: Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, or field services is advantageous.
• Certifications: SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
