Job Description

Position: Graduate Analyst Supply Chain

Experience: 0-2 years

Academic Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Compensation: As per market standards

Hiring Manager: Priteshsinh Solanki

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Probation: 6 Months

Skills:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing supply chain data (inventory, procurement, transportation, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Support supply planning, procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate issues promptly to the relevant teams or management to ensure quick resolution
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Document standard operating procedures and help streamline workflows.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluency in English: Must be extremely fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Location: Willingness to work from Pune, India.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a global cross functional team and across different cultures and time zones.
  • Clear growth path within the supply chain or operations domain.
  • Valid passport is required
