Job Description
Position: Graduate Analyst Supply Chain
Experience: 0-2 years
Academic Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Compensation: As per market standards

Location: Kharadi, Pune
Probation: 6 Months
Skills:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing supply chain data (inventory, procurement, transportation, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency.
- Support supply planning, procurement and inventory management processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate issues promptly to the relevant teams or management to ensure quick resolution
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Document standard operating procedures and help streamline workflows.
Additional Requirements
- Fluency in English: Must be extremely fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Location: Willingness to work from Pune, India.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a global cross functional team and across different cultures and time zones.
- Clear growth path within the supply chain or operations domain.
- Valid passport is required
