Arré is a leading multi-format, multi-genre digital media brand creating original stories across video, audio and the written word. More than 200 Mn people enjoy Arré's content through its network of linear and digital platform collaborations (Jio, MX Player, Hotstar, Tata Sky etc).

Arré Studio, launched in 2019, produces large format original shows for international and domestic OTT platforms, broadcast television and movie screens, across languages and genres.

Arré forays into the media tech space with Arré voice, a women first, audio social app that lets creators share their thoughts via 30 second audio clips, called voicepods. The core mission of Arré voice is to empower users with the easiest tool to share their primal and fleeting thoughts with their fans/followers without the fear of judgment, effortlessly.

Product team at Arré voice takes a first principles approach towards building a seamless & delightful consumer experience, with extreme bias for action. We adopt a data first approach to arrive at objective solutions to user problems, also relying on intuition and creativity wherever applicable. Responsibilities:

  • As a Flutter Developer, you will create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google's Flutter development framework.

  • The primary focus will be on creating new experiences and maintaining the acclaimed app.

  • Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps. You must have previous experience in Flutter development.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years working as a full-time professional developer (Mobile) and 2 Years in Flutter (Must).

  • Experience building a moderately complex Mobile app with knowledge of Dart.

  • Bonus if it's on the Play Store/App Store, or we can view the project

  • Willing to work with cross-platform frameworks.

  • Willing to learn and work on different mobile platforms/frameworks when needed.

  • Published at least one app on the Play Store using Flutter.

  • Good understanding of state management  (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX), Flutter flavours, and app architecture.

  • Ability to translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Flutter UIs, ensuring adaptive layouts for different screen sizes

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL, handling JSON data, and using local storage solutions like Hive, SharedPreferences, or SQLite.

  • Solid grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, and best practices

  • Nice to have: Experience on the Native side for Android and ios
