Job Title: Shopify Intern

Location:
Remote / Work from Home

Commitment:
10 – 30 hours per week

Duration:
Internship (3–6 months, with possibility of extension)

About the role:

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Intern to support our e-commerce operations.
  • The intern will assist in managing the Shopify store, ensuring smooth inventory handling, order management, and accurate product cataloging. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and Shopify management.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Inventory Management:
    Track, update, and maintain product stock levels on Shopify.
  • Cataloging:
    Upload, edit, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Order Management:
    Assist in processing, tracking, and updating customer orders.
  • Data Entry & Stock Management:
    Maintain accurate records of stock movement and perform regular data entry tasks to keep the system updated.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
  • Identify and resolve basic discrepancies in product or stock data.

Requirements :

  • Basic knowledge of Shopify platform (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to e-commerce operations.
