Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD). The PA will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing day-to-day support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.

Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion.

Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

Assist in business research, report preparation, and project coordination.

Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access.

Ensure timely reminders and support in decision-making.

Perform any additional administrative tasks as required by the MD.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Professional appearance, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
