Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do:

As an SAP Basis Consultant at Deloitte, you will partner with expert teams to deliver robust SAP solutions, focusing on technical architecture, landscape design, and configuration. Your responsibilities include ensuring the quality and availability of SAP environments, managing upgrades and migrations, and defining strategies for building, testing, and operating SAP infrastructure and software. You will also support technology control frameworks and actively contribute to Deloitte's technical capability groups to develop new technical assets. This role empowers you to drive technological innovation and support clients' digital transformation through best-in-class SAP Basis practices.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3–6 years of industry experience
• Hands-on with SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations (CRM, SRM, ERP, MDM, SCM, S4 HANA)
• Experience with BI, PI, Portal & Gateway on Windows/Unix platforms; databases like HANA, Oracle, MS SQL, DB2
• Implementation/support of SAP Technical Infrastructure (ABAP and JAVA stacks)
• Skilled in Solution Manager: Technical Operations, CCMS, Introscope, Service Desk, EWA, SMD, MOPZ
• Worked on at least one implementation/support project; familiar with project phases
• Strong understanding of SAP system landscapes
• Proficient in writing system specification documents
• Involved in preparing technical strategy and approach documents
• Effective team player with experience in diverse team sizes
• ITIL service management and ITSM tool experience

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Location:

• Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Shift Timings:

24*7 rotational shift including night shifts as per business requirements
