Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting audits, and preparing financial reports. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and experience with financial software and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings accurately and on schedule.
  • Support monthly and year-end closing activities, including ledger scrutiny and adjustments.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
  • Reconcile inter-company accounts and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tally
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹20, ₹32,000.00 per month
