Role Overview: As an SEPG associate, you will be part of a team that collaborates with Delivery, Enabling Function, and Service Lines to ensure optimal deliverable quality from G10X and a flawless customer experience. Your main responsibility will involve optimizing the internal quality system and ensuring its adherence across teams. Key Responsibilities: - Track compliance with organizational processes, standards, and frameworks. - Prepare and circulate project dashboards, metrics reports, and audit summaries. - Document findings from project reviews, audits, and assessments. - Monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure. - Maintain version-controlled process assets, SOPs, and templates. - Support internal and external audit readiness. - Facilitate training and awareness sessions on processes and quality practices. - Highlight risks, escalations, and process deviations to management.
