Role & responsibilities


• Review and approval of Rate Analysis


• Review and approval of BOQs and Cost Estimates


• verification and approval of contractors running / interim / final bills


• Approval of Contract Variations


• Assist in resolving contractual disputes


• Support in PPMS

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate Civil Engineer
  • Masters degree in Engineering would be preferred.
  • more than 10 years of experience in preparation of Rate Analysis, Schedule of Rates, BOQ, Cost Estimates etc. for Water Supply works (2 projects) and Sewerage Works (2 projects)
  • Experience in external funded projects (ADB/ World bank/JICA)
