Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Front Desk cum Tele caller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be capable of handling both front office operations and telecalling responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk activities, attend walk-in clients, and handle inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain client databases and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business operations.
  • Provide accurate information regarding projects and services to clients.
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-oriented.
  • Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or front desk management will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
