Deputy Manager – Sales

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for PNG and CNG in the Amravati region.
- Identify and onboard new domestic and commercial customers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industrial clients and transport sector representatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to optimize sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the development of pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives.
- Ensure alignment of sales activities with the strategic priorities of Adani Total Gas's City Gas Distribution projects.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience of 4–7 years in sales and marketing within the energy or gas distribution sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in domestic and commercial market development.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer acquisition.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the energy or gas distribution industry.
