Job Title: Sales Manager – Bancassurance

Location: Gandhinagar

CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

Qualification: Graduation (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Sales/Marketing (BFSI or Insurance preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle bancassurance channel sales through partner bank branches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to drive business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products.

Key Skills:

  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage sales activities in banking branches.
  • Experience in Insurance/BFSI domain will be an added advantage.
