Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities.  Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, & social media.  Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.  Gather market and customer information.  Generate Lead.  Prepare datasheet of Calls details, Customer details, and leads.  Reporting of daily work to management.  Work on business leads provided by management and leads generated by yourself.  Understand the needs of customers.  Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way.  Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide a quotation to the customer.  Negotiate on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and management.  Provide required samples for quality testing to customers.  Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.  Generate orders and close the deal.  Record sales and order information, sending copies to management and entering figures into the software.  Coordinate with the production/Dispatch department to check the progress of the order.  Regular updates to customers.  Maintain and develop relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.  Researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvement.  Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect new business.  Maintain accurate work records.  Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.  Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.  Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.  Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams  Handle complaints or objections  Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.  Advice on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions feed future buying trends to management.  Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues
