Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of AI engineers and researchers to build production-grade AI products
  • Architect and deliver LLM-driven, GNN-powered, and time-series-aware AI systems for infrastructure automation
  • Define the technical roadmap, mentor team members, and ensure world-class execution from prototype to production
  • Collaborate with product and go-to-market (GTM) leaders to shape features tailored for enterprise customers

Required Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on production-grade systems
  • Proven track record of building and shipping ML/AI products in production environments
  • Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) , Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), Causal inference, Large-scale prediction models
  • Experience leading small team of engineers/researchers, with a focus on mentorship and delivery
  • Strong software engineering background with experience in ML system architecture and deployment
  • Passion for product development and thriving in high-ownership, fast-paced environments
