Job Description:
- Help plan and facilitate special events such as birthday parties, holiday celebrations, or themed activities.
- Assist in preparing decorations, materials, and schedules for events.
- Collaborate with the Activity Director to plan and implement a variety of engaging activities, such as arts and crafts, games, physical exercise, music therapy, and community outings.
- Develop individualized activity plans based on resident preferences, needs, and capabilities.
