Role Description

We are seeking a
GenAI Engineer
with hands-on experience in
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
to join our growing team in
Pune, Kerala, or Jaipur
.

This is a
full-time, on-site position
where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying
Generative AI models
and intelligent systems tailored for
banking and financial applications
. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize
  Generative AI models
  using frameworks like
  TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
  .
• Build and deploy
  AI pipelines
  on
  Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI Hub, Cloud Run)
  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise products and workflows.
• Research emerging
  LLM, NLP, and Computer Vision
  technologies and apply them to real-world problems.
• Ensure
  scalability, performance optimization, and model security
  in production environments.
• Develop
  ETL processes
  and work with structured/unstructured data for AI model training.
• Apply
  MLOps best practices
  for continuous deployment and monitoring of AI models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science
  , or related field.
• Proven experience with
  Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks
  .
• Proficiency in
  Python
  and experience with frameworks such as
  TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
  .
• Strong hands-on experience with
  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  — including
  Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions
  , and
  AI APIs
  .
• Experience with
  Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  or
  Computer Vision
  applications.
• Understanding of
  data engineering, database management, and ETL processes
  .
• Experience designing and deploying
  scalable AI systems
  in production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on
  real-world business impact
  .
• Experience in the
  banking and financial services industry
  is a plus.
