Job Summary:
The Procurement Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and purchasing activities for the organization, ensuring the acquisition of goods and services that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards. This role requires expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization to support production efficiency and delivery timelines. professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Procurement Management:

  2. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of materials and services.

  3. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed procurement decisions and provide cost-effective solutions.

  4. Supplier Relationship Management:

  5. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

  7. Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular performance reviews and manage supplier risk.

  8. Contract Negotiation and Management:

  9. Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with suppliers.

  10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

  11. Team Leadership:

  12. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

  13. Budget Management:

  14. Monitor spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  15. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  16. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and priorities.

  17. Support product development and operational initiatives through effective procurement strategies.

  18. Process Improvement:

  19. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in procurement.

  20. Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making and improve procurement practices.
  21. Prepare regular procurement reports and cost analyses to support financial and strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g. CPM, CPSM) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and ethical procurement practices.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Experience in Print industry / FMCG / Pharma
