Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) WFO - 5 Days working

About the Role:

we are looking for a law graduate with 1-2 years of work experience to join the legal team on a 6-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reviewing and redlining commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, amendments, and other business documentation.
  2. Maintaining and updating the contract repository, tracking key dates (renewals/ expiries), and ensuring proper documentation.
  3. Preparing and reviewing contract amendments, extensions, and related documentation.
  4. Working closely with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, HR, operations) to facilitate contract execution and resolve documentation queries.
  5. Ensure all documentation is in line with company standards.

Requirements:

  1. LL.B. from a recognized university.
  2. 1- 2 years of post-qualification experience in contract drafting/review, either in-house or with a law firm.
  3. Strong understanding of contract law, commercial arrangements, and corporate governance basics.
  4. Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
  5. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under timelines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
