Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Senior/Principal Engineer
who can independently drive
end-to-end hardware + firmware development
for advanced IoT/RF products

What You'll Work On

  • Full
    hardware design
    (schematics, PCB, power, RF front-end).
  • Firmware development on
    STM32 (WL/H/L/F series)
    & PIC/Raspberry Pi.
  • LoRa PHY/MAC
    , RF tuning, antenna integration.
  • AES-128/256
    secure telemetry & encrypted packet design.
  • Sensor integration.
  • Industrial interfaces:
    RS485/Modbus, RS232, Relay
    , TCP/UDP/MQTT.
  • End-to-end product lifecycle: prototype → testing → certification → production.
  • Lead bring-up, debugging, DFM/DFT, EMI/EMC review.
  • Technical leadership & mentoring of junior engineers.

What You Should Bring

  • 10+ years
    in embedded + hardware product development.
  • Strong in
    mixed-signal design
    , RF layout, power management.
  • Expertise in
    C/C++, FreeRTOS
    , bootloaders, OTA.
  • Hands-on with
    LoRa
    , Sub-GHz RF, GNSS, IMU integration.
  • Experience taking
    3+ products
    from concept to mass production.
  • Strong debugging skills (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, SWD/JTAG).
  • Experience with 
    drone avionics, or long-range telemetry
    .
  • EMI/EMC compliance knowledge.
  • Test jig & production workflow setup.
  • Work with strong hardware, firmware, and research teams.
