  • Operation & Efficiency: Start, stop, regulate, and monitor large industrial boilers and auxiliary equipment (pumps, compressors, deaerators) to meet demanding production steam loads.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all First Class Boiler License requirements, ASME codes, and state/local safety regulations.
  • Monitoring & Control: Continuously check gauges, meters, and DCS/PLC systems; troubleshoot and quickly resolve operational anomalies.
  • Water Treatment: Perform routine boiler water analysis, make necessary chemical adjustments, and maintain accurate water treatment logs.
  • Maintenance: Execute preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, and perform minor mechanical repairs to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately log all operational data, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
