About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated
Electronics & Hardware Engineer
who has a strong interest in embedded systems, power systems design, sensor integration, and basic mechanical design. You will work closely with our engineering team to help build an innovative health product.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys hardware prototyping, mechanical design and writing embedded firmware.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hardware Integration & Electronics

  • Integration of sensors and electronic modules, sensors, cameras, etc.).
  • Work with Raspberry Pi, ESP32, Arduino, and other microcontroller platforms.
  • Perform wiring, soldering, testing, and debugging of electronic circuits.
  • Develop firmware for sensor data acquisition and communication over UART/I²C/SPI/BLE.

2. Hardware Design & Testing

  • Help in validating circuits, assembling prototypes, and performing continuity/functional testing.
  • Assist in component selection, footprint verification, and BOM preparation.

3. Mechanical & Enclosure Design

  • Participate in mechanical design of kiosk enclosure and internal component placement.
  • Support 3D modeling (SolidWorks or similar CAD tools).
  • Coordinate with fabrication vendors (3D printing, laser cutting, sheet metal, etc.).

4. Prototyping & Testing

  • Build quick prototypes for kiosk subsystems.
  • Perform functional and field testing of sensors and hardware units.
  • Document wiring diagrams, test procedures, and design iterations.

5. Edge Device Support

  • Assist in integrating hardware with edge-based software running on Raspberry Pi or Android devices.
  • Handle basic Linux/Raspberry Pi setup (GPIO testing, dependency installs, system checks).

6. Collaboration & Ownership

  • Collaborate with the team to translate field problems into a real product
  • Own features end-to-end: from idea → PoC → testing → improvement.

What You Need

  • Good understanding of
    electronics, circuits, sensors, power electronics and microcontrollers
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Arduino programming (C/C++) or ESP32 basics
    .
  • Ability to
    read datasheets
    and wire components correctly.
  • Good understanding of
    mechanical concepts, dimensions, alignment
    , and some CAD exposure.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work on
    real-world hardware
    .
  • Experience with
    Raspberry Pi
    (GPIO, Python scripts).
  • Exposure to
    BLE/UART/SPI/I²C
    communication.
  • Knowledge of
    3D printing workflows or enclosure prototyping
    .
