Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by posting Job Postings and managing the hiring process.
  • She will be required to run a smooth recruitment process and ensure satisfying closures to all the candidates, both selected and otherwise.
  • As an HR - Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for complete hiring process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Screening job applications and conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Scheduling final interviews and ensuring follow up till final joining.
  • Coordinating with the interviewing panel and keeping track of applicant's progress.
  • Ensuring timely offer roll-out by conducting salary negotiations and offer finalization with selected candidates.
