Receptionist

- Greet and welcome guests
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to concerned department or keep messages
- Receive Couriers & handover it to concerned department
- Despatch Couriers (letters, packages etc)
- Check, sort and forward emails regarding any queries to concerned employee
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as front desk representative
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹11,000.00 per month
