Job Description – Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive online sales and lead generation. This role involves overseeing the execution of all digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Oversee content creation for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice, style, and messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth, and use insights to refine strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports on ROI, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as digital agencies, influencers, and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for new strategies to improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with data protection regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with content creation and copywriting is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools is a plus.
