SUMMARY

Responsibilities

  • Brand system ownership: Maintain guidelines, slide masters, icon/illustration sets, component libraries; ensure fidelity across all channels.
  • Presentation design (PPT/Slides): Build executive-ready sales decks, POVs, case studies; craft data-viz and narratives for enterprise audiences.
  • Creative production: Ads, landing assets, one-pagers, brochures, event kits, infographics; export pipelines for print & web.
  • Motion & video: Storyboard styleframes animate (2D/motion graphics/kinetic type) edit; version for LinkedIn, YouTube (shorts/long-form), Instagram, and webinars (captions, lower-thirds, thumbnails).
  • Photo & image work: Retouching, compositing, color grading; size/format naming for performance.
  • Email & digital: Design responsive email
  • Web/UI collaboration
  • Performance & ops: Iterate using engagement metrics; keep an organized DAM, file hygiene, and version control.
  • Process & teamwork: Scope, estimate, prioritize, and document repeatable workflows; take feedback positively and ship fast.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B branding/design (enterprise software/SaaS/services preferred) with measurable impact on pipeline-facing assets.
  • Portfolio showing strength in presentations, motion/video, data-viz/infographics, and brand systems.
  • Tools: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects & Premiere Pro (or Final Cut), PowerPoint/Google Slides mastery; working knowledge of Figma/Canva.
  • Presentation & data-viz: Turn complex ideas into clear slide narratives; consistent hierarchy; accurate, elegant charts.
  • Email & digital: Design responsive templates; export best practices for speed and fidelity.
  • Trends & accessibility: Current B2B design trends (clean grids, modern type, product-led visuals, motion micro-interactions); accessibility (contrast/legibility/captions).
  • Collaboration: Clear handoffs (specs, slices, style notes); async communication with content, product, demand gen.
  • Mindset: Coachable, quick learner, detail-obsessed, calm under deadlines; documents decisions and rationale.

Nice - to - Have

  • Experience in enterprise/SAP ecosystem (finance, Q2C) or a strong ramp plan.
  • Webinar creative systems, calculator/interactive design exposure.
  • Light sound design/audio cleanup; thumbnail & hook testing for YouTube/LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation and analytics signals.
