Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer/Team Lead

to join our team and lead the development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications. The

ideal candidate will have a strong command of , , , Python,

PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and expertise in implementing secure authentication protocols like

JWT. You will take ownership of projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-

functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
• Develop and maintain server-side APIs using and with a focus on

performance and scalability.

• Build and optimize dynamic, user-friendly front-end components using
• Handling server-side logic, database management, and API development using Python

(FastAPI Library)

• Architect, integrate, and manage databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB to ensure

efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Implement secure user authentication and authorization workflows using JWT and other best

practices.

• Drive the adoption of coding standards, best practices, and modern development

methodologies.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align

technical solutions with business needs.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, recommending improvements to

processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of

building and maintaining scalable applications.

• Python for backend development.

• Secure authentication mechanisms like JWT.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in Agile

environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like

Kubernetes.

• Exposure to DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and WebSocket-based real-time applications.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers.
