Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee site activities, coordinate teams, and maintain project timelines while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction work according to approved drawings and specifications

  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project teams to maintain timelines

  • Monitor material usage, site safety, and adherence to quality standards

  • Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to management

  • Address on-site issues promptly to keep work on schedule

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering

  • 1–2 years of experience supervising construction projects (preferred)

  • Knowledge of construction drawings, site procedures, and safety protocols

  • Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
