Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced React Native Tech Lead to architect and develop high-quality, performant mobile applications. You will lead a small team of developers, oversee technical design, and ensure seamless integration of blockchain and AI-powered features in mobile products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Lead development of mobile app features including registration, dashboards, notifications, and data visualization.
  • Integrate Solana wallets and blockchain-based functionalities into mobile apps.
  • Optimize mobile UI/UX for responsiveness, smooth animations, and performance across devices.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines for mobile development and maintain code quality and testing standards.
  • Collaborate closely with backend, blockchain, and product teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with React Native ecosystem trends, mobile performance optimization, and emerging best practices.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in React Native for cross-platform development with a focus on high-performance apps.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API).
  • Hands-on experience integrating mobile apps with blockchain wallets and APIs.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and release management for mobile applications.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and drive projects to completion.
  • Familiarity with Solana blockchain or other Web3 technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
