We excel in manufacturing Aero Engine tooling for major OEMs including CFM, Rolls-Royce, GE, Safran, and Pratt & Whitney. Our offerings include aircraft tooling for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault, as well as precision machining of various materials.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tool Maker, located in Bengaluru. The Tool Maker will be responsible for creating precision tools and dies, setting up and operating machine tools, and analyzing specifications. They will also be involved in measuring, examining, and testing completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications. In addition, the Tool Maker will work closely with engineering and production teams to maintain and improve tooling standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating precision tools and dies, and operating machine tools
  • Proficiency in analyzing specifications, reading technical drawings, and blueprints
  • Skills in measuring, examining, and testing units to ensure specification conformance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with engineering and production teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Familiarity with materials such as Aluminum, Inconel, Nimonic, stainless steel, and titanium
  • Experience working in the aerospace industry is a plus
  • Certification or training in tool and die making or precision machining
