Job Title: Senior HR / Admin

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR/Admin professional who will actively engage with client organizations through in-person meetings. The role involves travelling to meet HR Heads and HR Managers to understand their staffing needs and present our staffing and payrolling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client locations for scheduled face-to-face meetings with HR Heads/HR Managers
  • Understand client staffing and workforce requirements
  • Pitch and explain the company's staffing and payroll services
  • Build strong professional relationships with client HR teams
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Maintain meeting records and follow up on discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings
  • Experience in HR, Admin, staffing, or payroll services preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
