Job Summary:

Lakshmi Infra is seeking an experienced and skilled Design Coordination Manager with a strong background in the construction/real estate industry, specifically in handling high-rise residential projects.

The selected candidate will be based at our corporate office in Kondapur, Hyderabad, and will be responsible for regular coordination with project sites, including The Cascades project at Neopolis, representing Lakshmi Infra in all design-related matters.

This role involves close coordination with design consultants, architects, structural and MEP engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless design execution aligned with project timelines, quality standards, and company expectations. The role requires excellent skills in documentation, contract management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design coordination for multiple high-rise residential projects, including The Cascades at Neopolis.
• Represent Lakshmi Infra in all design-related discussions, meetings, and decision-making at the site level and with consultants.
• Act as the central point of communication between architects, structural and MEP consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Review, validate, and manage all design drawings, GFCs, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of design drawings and documentation in line with the project schedule.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP works.
• Manage and track all design-related documentation, revisions, approvals, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with the Contracts and Procurement team for design-related deliverables and scope management.
• Facilitate technical discussions, design review meetings, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure all designs are compliant with local building codes, NBC norms, statutory regulations, and project-specific requirements.
• Provide continuous support to the project execution team with design clarifications, revisions, and updates during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent discipline.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in design coordination within the construction/real estate industry, with a focus on high-rise residential projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting design drawings, technical specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent skills in design documentation, correspondence, and contracts management.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software (BIM knowledge is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites for coordination and reviews

• Experience with reputed real estate developers or contractors.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, NBC norms, and approval processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
