Warden - Boys Hostel

• Handling complete hostel responsibilities ensure the smooth functioning of Hostel activities.
• Handling overall administration of the Hostel, communicating with parents / guardians of student from time to time.
• Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students
• Monitoring the hostel, student leaves a record, of in-out movements.
• Monitor and ensure proper cleaning of the hostel premises as well as the rooms of the students are done by housekeeping staffs.
• Keep track of all inventories available within the hostel premises.
• Ensuring discipline and overall upkeep.
• Resolving issues and complaints related to the infrastructure like Power / Water / Carpentry/ Plumbing etc
• Ability to listen to and establish a rapport with students.
• Enforce discipline among the students.
• Providing relevant information about the students whenever it is required.
• Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.
• Reports to the Management in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.
• Offering appropriate first aid support when needed.
• Responsibility for ensuring that no ragging, drugs or alcohol takes place across the hostel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
