Maintenance Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance

• Should able to do power cable laying and routine

• Should able to do power cable connections with gland

• Should have knowledge the Motor and Starter(DOL/Star-Delta)

• Should able to understand the single line diagram

• Can able to work on power as well as control circuit

• Should have knowledge of electrical tools like Multimeter, clamp meter, megger, power tools

• Should have knowledge of electrical safety and its precautions

• Handling shifts, routine inspections, emergency repairs, inventory management, data collection and root cause analysis

Key Skills:

• Understanding of tyre manufacturing process

• Should be able to handle shifts

• Should able to do electrical modifications

• Should able to guide DET/DAT about maintenance processes

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics

• Familiarity using various power and hand tools, such as hoists, anchoring machine and grinders

• Basic PC, MS office and SAP knowledge
