Role Description

This is an exciting full-time on-site position based in Guwahati for a Junior Interior Designer. The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assisting in space planning, drafting construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Responsibilities include collaborating with senior designers and architects on design projects, translating client needs into creative designs, and ensuring compliance with design standards. The candidate will also be involved in project coordination to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and understanding of Interior Design concepts
  • Experience in Architecture and creating detailed Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications and selection
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and clients
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related tools
  • Passion for innovative design solutions and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
