Role Description

This is full time on-site Project Manager position based at Mumbai.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire & Safety Supervisor to oversee safety protocols across our construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, implementation of fire safety measures, and promotion of a safe work culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor Fire Safety & HSE policies at construction and fit-out sites.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper installation & maintenance of fire extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, and emergency exits.
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety induction for new workers and subcontractors.
  • Investigate any incidents / near-misses and prepare safety reports.
  • Ensure use of PPE and compliance with safety guidelines by all site personnel.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors for site safety regulation.
  • Maintain records of safety drills, audits, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with local fire authorities during inspections, audits, or emergencies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / Degree in Fire & Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction/interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NBC, ISO Safety Standards, OSHA, and Fire Codes.
  • Ability to train workers and conduct safety drills.
  • Excellent communication & incident handling skills.

Pay: ₹25, ₹55,000.00 per month
