We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Digital Payments domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of payment solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and next-gen financial products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business, product, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Work extensively on digital payments, cards, wallets, UPI, POS, merchant acquiring, and payment gateways.
  • Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose effective digital/payment solutions.
  • Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), and Use Cases.
  • Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to design customer-centric payment solutions.
  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, impact analysis, system design, UAT, and deployment.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Stay updated on payment industry trends, compliance/regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, RBI, ISO 8583, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth coordination with QA teams for test planning, execution, and defect management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Digital/Payments/FinTech domain.
  • Deep understanding of payment ecosystems: Cards, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, POS, Payment Gateways, Merchant Onboarding, Settlement & Reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of ISO 8583, APIs, and integration protocols.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process re-engineering capabilities.
