About the Role
We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to elevate our brand's presence across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, a good eye for design, and a deep understanding of digital trends. You'll play a key role in building community, increasing engagement, and supporting our broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow daily activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content—posts, stories, reels, videos, and more.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with ongoing campaigns and brand goals.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with the online community.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, growth), and generate insightful reports.
- Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, features, and platform changes.
- Work closely with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling.
- Assist in strategizing and executing paid campaigns across platforms as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts (personal portfolios or pages a plus).
- Strong communication and creative writing skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with video editing tools or reel creation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
