Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the finance, accounts, and audit functions of the organization.Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts.Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and product costing for manufacturing operations.Manage export documentation, LC handling, forex transactions, and bank coordination.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, FEMA, and other statutory regulations.Develop and monitor financial controls, systems, and processes.Handle working capital management, fund flow, and cash flow projections.Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial matters.Provide strategic insights to management for business expansion and cost optimization.Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure timely reporting and compliance. RequirementsRequired Skill SetsStrong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and export finance.Hands -on experience in Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books / ERP finance modules.Deep understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and FEMA compliance.Expertise in LC, bank dealings, export documentation, and forex management.Strategic thinking with analytical and decision -making abilities.Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 8–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/export sector.
