Role Description

· years of overall experience in software development, with 
hands-on experience in OneShield Dragon Designer
 for product configuration, solution design, and post-live support.

·       Proficient in configuring OneShield components including 
Transactions, Coverages, Rating Worksheets, Workflows, UI, Forms, Administration, and Account Management
.

·       Strong expertise in 
OneShield metadata-driven development
 for Business Workflows, Product Models, Data Modeling, Batch Jobs, and SOA Web Services.

·       Solid background in 
Java (Java 8+)
, Spring Boot Microservices, Spring WebFlux, and 
Domain-Driven Design
 principles.

·       Skilled in implementing design patterns (Builder, Factory, Visitor, SAGA, CQRS) and asynchronous programming using CompletableFuture.

·       Experience with 
RESTful APIs
, 
Spring Security (JWT, OAuth2)
, and 
OpenAPI 3 documentation
.

·       Familiar with 
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DAPR runtime for microservices.

·       Hands-on with 
SQL/NoSQL databases
 (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB) and JPA relationships.

·       Proficient in 
CI/CD tools
 (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, TwistLock), and application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat).

·       Strong understanding of 
SDLC, Agile methodologies
, and complex business rule implementation.

·       Excellent communication, team collaboration, and mentoring skills with a focus on clean architecture and code quality.
