Job Description

GetNow Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an AI Video Editor to create AI avatar videos, UGC ads, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube content for brand campaigns. This role is fully remote, open to candidates across India, and includes online training on AI video tools and content workflows.

The ideal candidate is creative, understands short-form content trends, and is comfortable working with both AI video tools and traditional editing software.

Responsibilities

• Create AI presenter/avatar videos using tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway ML, Simora.
• Produce and edit UGC-style ads including product demos, testimonials, reviews, and POV content.
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, podcast clips, and promotional videos.
• Add captions, transitions, SFX, hooks, and storytelling elements to improve retention.
• Use CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects and AI plugins (Firefly, Pictory, auto-captions).
• Optimize videos for social media formats (9:16 vertical).
• Research trending topics, viral formats, and creator strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign videos and creative ideas.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with AI video creation tools: HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway ML, Pictory, InVideo.
• Video editing skills using CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects.
• Understanding of UGC content styles and short-form storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of sound design, captions, color grading, and motion graphics (preferred).
• Awareness of Indian social media trends, memes, and creator formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio with 2–3 sample videos (AI avatar content or UGC ads preferred).
• Experience in content creation for FMCG, beauty, health, or D2C brands is a plus.
• Open to freshers, trainees, or candidates looking to build a career in AI video editing.

Compensation

• Test Phase: Create 3 test videos.
• Full-Time Role: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skill & experience).
