Job Title: Education Counsellor (Female Only)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our IAS Academy in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, managing front desk operations, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries via walk-ins, calls, and emails.
  • Counsel students about available courses, programs, and career paths.
  • Maintain and update student records and admission data.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission operations.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to students throughout the admission journey.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor or in front desk/admission roles (education or IAS coaching preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Smart, confident, and approachable personality.
  • Strong sales and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working on Sundays (with 1 weekly off).
