We are currently looking for Education Marketing Executive to join our team and assist in promoting our courses and services.

Job Summary:

As a Education Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to Meet with the school principal to arrange an orientation appointment. You will be responsible for providing information about our courses, answering inquiries, and persuading interested individuals to enroll in our programs. This role requires excellent communication skills and a leads-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our courses, curriculum, and services to effectively address questions and concerns.

Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about course offerings, fees, schedules, and admission procedures to interested individuals.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective students & organizations who have shown interest in our programs

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to introduce our coaching programs and explain the benefits

Follow-Up: Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential students to keep them engaged and interested.

Customer Service: Address inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from callers to continuously improve our services and marketing strategies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and enrollments.

Qualifications:

Any bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent communication skills in the local language and english, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven experience in Marketing Executive will be added value, preferably in the education sector
