Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Writer to craft compelling narratives, develop engaging content, and execute an effective content marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate trends, digital marketing, and audience engagement techniques to elevate our brand's presence across various platforms. This role will also collaborate closely with the Marketing Team, Video Editors, and Designers to create engaging content and manage the company's social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a Content Strategy aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Research and write high-quality, SEO Optimized Content including blog posts, website copy, social media content, brochures, press releases, and email campaigns.
  • Create engaging content to Educate, Inform, and Convert potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Video Editors, and Marketing Teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
  • Oversee the company's Blog and Social Media presence, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
  • Manage and schedule posts across various Social Media Platforms, engage with the audience, and track performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development of Video Scripts, Graphics, and Multimedia Content in collaboration with the video editor and designer.
  • Conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on Real Estate Market Trends, Buyer Behavior, and Content Marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in content writing and strategy, preferably in Real Estate Industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content analytics.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), Social Media Platforms, and Marketing Tools.
  • Experience in Social Media Management, Community Engagement, and Analytics Tracking.
  • Ability to manage Multiple Projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with Marketing, Video Editing, and Design teams.
