Signal Processing Engineer Semiconductor Applications

Job Title: Signal Processing Engineer

Location: [Communications / Imaging / Radar / Audio IC Design Teams]

Experience: 2-8 years

Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE, Signal Processing, or Computer Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Develop signal processing algorithms for DSP cores or custom hardware
  • Work on filters, transforms, modulation/demodulation, coding, etc.
  • Translate algorithms to fixed-point or hardware-friendly models
  • Optimize algorithms for latency, area, and power on target SoC/FPGA

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of digital signal processing fundamentals
  • Experience in MATLAB, Python, and C/C++ for algorithm development
  • Familiarity with HDL coding and DSP IP integration
  • Background in wireless, radar, imaging, or audio (domain-specific)
