What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Enabling large-scale adoption of CI/CD services at SAP.
• Automating migration of on-premises services to cloud services.
• Driving key technical decisions for CI/CD services.
• Ensuring scalability, reliability and security of CI/CD services.
  Your work will directly impact over 40,000 developers at SAP.

What you bring

• Bachelor of Engineering degree preferably in Computer Science or an equivalent.
• 8 to 12 years of DevOps experience.
• Must have skills: Google Cloud Platform administration, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or Jenkins), programming skills (Python or Go).
• Nice to have skills: Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g. Kubernetes or Terraform), programming skills in Java, using Moderne for large-scale code refactoring.

• Hyperspace (SAPs official internal development platform)
• SAP Jira (SAPs official backlog management tool with over 100,000 end-users)
• Lucid Capacity (simplified capacity management for development)
• SAP Transformation Navigator (provides guidance to SAP customers on charting their path to an intelligent enterprise. Winner of the 2017 Hasso Plattner Award)
• AI Pair Programming with GitHub Copilot
