About the Company:

A well-respected and reputed construction company is seeking self-motivated professionals with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The role is based at our
Branch Office in Tiruchirappalli
, and a
minimum of 3 years' experience
is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all cost estimates from pre-tender to final accounts
• Review and clarify tender/contract terms with clients, contractors, and management
• Collect and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Implement cost reduction strategies and maximize project value
• Prepare tender documents, variation orders, and progress claims
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
• Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
