Job Title: Senior SAP ERP FI/CO Consultant

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Remote)

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, solid business process understanding, and experience in client-facing delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FI/CO solutions for diverse clients.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, map business processes, and prepare solution blueprints.
  • Configure and customise SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Advise clients on finance process optimisation, system upgrades, and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Plan and supervise testing, ensuring data accuracy and quality across all project phases.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive functional documentation and end-user training materials.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure effective delivery and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Product Costing, CO-PA).
  • Excellent understanding of financial and controlling business processes and integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM).
  • Proven experience delivering at least three full end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance (Central Finance or migration projects) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
